Julien Brunet

Through his paintings, drawings, sculptures and video installations, Julien Brunet takes us into dreamlike worlds. In his work, elements of our own reality come together with ethereal, mystical landscapes. Blue lights, watery and translucent hues make his paintings both elusive and enchanting. At the same time, his representations remain familiar, as if from another planet. These dreamscapes are created through an intersection of several new media techniques.
In his works, the artist invites us to question ourselves, giving us the chance to recognize the landscapes of our own dreams, the worlds we wander through at night when sleep takes hold of us.
